Our Philosophy
The members of our team share a common investment philosophy and execute that philosophy in a disciplined manner. We apply a classic value investment style focused on solid companies whose stock is being temporarily overlooked by the market. The strategy emphasizes companies with higher returns on capital, free cash flow, and strong balance sheets. Often these companies dominate industries with high barriers to entry, and—as a result—can generate higher returns over time.
Our Investment Process
We believe that leading businesses selling at a discount to fair value have the potential to generate excess returns.
